Review: A wonderful bowl - This is a great bowl. Got it on desertcart long ago for an amazing price (it's much higher now). I use it every week once or twice, mostly for salads for one or two people. It's beautiful and has been durable. Unfortunately today I accidentally slammed it down upside down on the corner of the kitchen sink and stone countertop, and I chipped it. It was totally my fault, and in no way speaks to the durability of the bowl (except, of course for the fact that it is glass and not plastic). Wish I had bought a bunch more. It's well worth buying and a great item, especially for those who collect millefiori items, like I do.
Review: Very thin glass - I have these in drinking glasses and love them, but for the size of this bowl, even though it's not large, the glass seems to thin. Didn't return it, but I should have because I'm too scared to use it because it will probably break.

This is a great bowl. Got it on Amazon long ago for an amazing price (it's much higher now). I use it every week once or twice, mostly for salads for one or two people. It's beautiful and has been durable. Unfortunately today I accidentally slammed it down upside down on the corner of the kitchen sink and stone countertop, and I chipped it. It was totally my fault, and in no way speaks to the durability of the bowl (except, of course for the fact that it is glass and not plastic). Wish I had bought a bunch more. It's well worth buying and a great item, especially for those who collect millefiori items, like I do.
