**Q: Purchased before 2021... how do I get the old style battery? Little help....**
A: I bought the battery in miid-2020. However, the photo they showed on the website now is not the same as what I bought. I don't know why they changed the picture, but this is what I bought:

**Q: How do you open the battery pack to install the aaa batteries**
A: This is a sealed battery pack, not to be opened. No replacement batteries inside.

**Q: When i plug the battery in i have a steady red light. how do i know when the battery is fully charged?**
A: Interesting. When I plug my battery in, the lights are blue. When the three lights stop blinking, the battery is charged. I’ve never seen red lights on my battery.

**Q: When will this item be back in stock?**
A: Don't know.  I have if anyone wants them. I have no use for the battery or the Gladwell mop thst is brand new and does not work. Gladwell has replaced the mop 3 times. Still not working.

Ordered this battery as an additional battery for the VMAI electric mop. Buyer comments about the mop indicated the battery lasts about 20 minutes before needing to be recharged. Since I can't mop my whole house in 20 minutes, I purchased an additional battery to use while the first one recharges. Battery lasted about 20 minutes as stated in comments. Battery removal from the mop and installation into the mop is easy...push one button and remove the battery.
