This was the 1st of many health books I read back in the early 90s. I was at a friend's house browsing books when I came across it.  I was so impressed that they dedicated the book to "all God's children" that I had to read it. They were so ahead of their time. The movement towards natural eating and healthy living was still in it's infancy. Their 1st book was
