It has two temperature settings, for 80 micron and for 100-125 micron thickness pouches. The lamination speed is adequate, and the release leaver allows you to extract jammed items. It whirrs quietly, but isn't silent. No problems with this model.But I'm a bit miffed that the item I received appeared to be pre-used.
