The product itself is nice, solid, and we'll finished. However, the lack of clear instructions was an issue being that this is my first barn door hardware kit. The one page it comes with is only crammed pictures, nothing about what goes where or how to install it, just pictures. The quiet close mechanism is never shown or listed in the instructions, I had to go look up the install steps from another dealer that had a video... The 5 anchors that came with to hang the rail weren't made for wood, maybe concrete or something. Once you start inserting the bolt, the anchor continues to turn with it making it impossible to tighten... Less important, this product had Prime 2 day shipping that was confirmed with the day of delivery was Saturday (same even after purchase). Without reason or notification, the package was all of a sudden listed as being delivered the next week on Wednesday, which didn't help my project schedule.All in all, I think the price is great for the barn door kit, I really like the way it looks. But not having instructions that are easy to follow, and having the wrong parts is SUCH a headache. If you're a first timer, you can totally figure it out but it'll just take longer than it should. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy product - better instructions needed *by H***K on January 15, 2020* Sturdy, very cost effective for projects where you just need to get something done that doesnt need to look like a prop in a home and garden magazine. The only detractor are the instructions which mainly come in picture form (with low fidelity). There are many features that are probably great if you can figure out what they do and how to connect them. What I got is 2- 3.3 ft rails that have to be connected in middle.
