Unless you are dating a child or a trump supporter this is remedial at best. And I would buy this book again if a buddy swiped it. Now for the rest of you that likes to know what is inside a book. The book has nine chapters and is 234 pages long, 240 counting the Bibliography. The Chapters for the most part are not named as listed below, but to tell about the chapter in a few words.Chapter One: covers a bit about how the author got into this and why she wrote the book, and that she will coach you to mutual bliss. It then goes on to explain some of the misconceptions of sex. Basically, empty your glass of the knowledge you think you have and she will fill it with new knowledge.Chapter Two: Covers: Safety, Choosing a condom, Types of, and Information Resources.Chapter Three: Covers what your mother tried to teach you, how to court the lady, and the first stages of foreplay. Then it gets into how to relax her and how to get her mind off of work, ect.Chapter Four: How to: "Kiss Her, Touch Her, Tease Her" this covers the whole body including massaging and a little bit of Reflexology, foot massaging and the pressure points in the foot.Chapter Five: Covers her action spots, ways to touch her, and lubrication.Chapter Six: "The Art of Tongue: Leading a Woman to Rapture"Chapter Seven: Types of ToysChapter Eight: Types of Miss O. even a few pages on Mr. O.Chapter Nine: Making connections, positions for intercourse, and positions while pregnant.First off I like knowing who is going to try and teach me something, and I respect that she came right out with the safety stuff. Better there than at the end of the book when it is too late. I am even going to try a couple of the different condoms. My mother was raised in the south so I got an earful of the first half of Chapter Three, just some good ole common sense. The make her relax and listen to her, did get old. I wanted to say "but what about me?" This book is about pleasing her remember? Chapter Four: Again What about me?? Heck, if you feel that way, get into the tub or shower with her. If your in good shape maybe she will enjoy giving you a massage (headed to the gym BRB). Chapter Five: My High School Biology books did not cover this in this much detail. I have seen this covered in a few other books and some of the nicer instructional books did not cover this part of the female anatomy as well. But the location of the G-spot should have been shown as well as being written. Chapter Six: What can I say? It has stuff that I knew, stuff that I did with out thinking about it, and stuff that I will try. Chapter Seven: Covers a range of toys that might be fun to have in your toy box, enough said. Does not cover S&M or B&D toys. Chapter Eight: Covers Types of Miss O., the female cycle, timing, and Mr. O. Chapter Nine: A good sampling of positions, and for some positions explained some of the advantages for that position. Almost every section has pointers some are pretty vague i.e. some women like this while others hate it. Give the writer a break this is written for millions of woman out there. Just take one to the Ice Cream store and see what she likes, see what I mean?
