I HIGHLY recommend that you open them outside or in your greenhouse as some of the dirt is loose within the box. In spite of one of the boxes of succulents arriving upside down! Costa Farms did such a great job wrapping them, it didn't matter! ( : The succulents are 1st completely covered in a special paper shred, then saran wrapped tightly all around mtiple times, very securely! Then, they are wrapped in bubble wrap after that and the package fits securely inside a perfect sized box as well! So, even arriving upside down part of the trip, it made it through with only a few tiny petals falling off! That is extremely impressive to me!
