Meat. Lots of it. Tomato sauce and seasonings. I found it on the not-too-spicy side, which might be interpreted by some as not spicy enough. (There’s one in every crowd.) Me? I find it like Goldilocks did, that is “just right”. What I like is this chili isn’t too soupy. But you can’t stand a spoon upright in it. There’s good pieces of ground beef in there, more than enough so you know the beef is really part of the meal and not just “flavored with meat”. Best of all, there ain’t no beans !
