I gave my Mom the Option 1 permanent. Her hair is gray and thin. Based on other reviews, I followed the directions very carefully.  It turned out great.We were concerned because other recent permanents even one given at a professional salon left her hair a little frizzy on the sides. With this perm, she has the soft curls she wants.A couple lines in the instructions were not as clear as they could have been. Overall, we are satisfied with the product.

This is the first time I used this permanent. Results far exceeded my expectations! My hair has never looked better. There is virtually no odor as a pre-lotion odor control is included in this pkg. Best perm ever! Highly recommend and will buy it again😁
