We wanted something small to put over our baby when she’s in her car seat. They are just perfect for that. They are super soft and the design is adorable. They are not too thick, but keep baby’s feet warm. We use them frequently to cover her in restaurants and stores where the Air conditioning is blasting. I love there are 3 so I don’t have to worry if one gets dirty, I can just grab another. I bought them because my small Shih Tzu was having pups and thought it would be nice to send a blanket to the pups forever homes. I bought small because Shih Tzu puppies are small. The blacket is very small, nice size for them while newborn but too small for them once they are old enough to leave but I use them in the whelping bed for them to lay on for now while they are still unable to run around. I liked their quality, the way they wash and the softness so I ordered some mediums ...nope they are only maybe 1/4 inch if that bigger than the smalls, but again still like them so keeping them. I just ordered the large, when I get I will write another review and show the differences in size.
