You know that the author can relate, by reading it, you know she's been there and has gone through the same stuff we all have endured. If you need help in finding the right guy, helping you pick-up the pieces after ending a relationship or help you realize that the relationship your in isn't a good one. It covers so many categories. But more importantly, I think it's a great book for everyone to read for ones self ~ yes, it helps with relationship(s), but what I found to be so important is that it helps with ones self esteem.
