**Q: Does this have 3 compartments?**
A: I would not call it 3 separet compartments. Looking down from the top the only division is a single divider going from the middle of the handle base to one side wall. The handle base makes a partial divider starting 3+" from each end down the middle and on the one side there is a division but to my eye there is really only one area partially divided . It did not keep the several types of items I needed to feed my Koi in any sort of organization. It would be much better for large items that would fit tightly into it's spaces.

**Q: Will this fit on top of the toilet tank and allow the seat to be up?**
A: I don't think so , it's too big. All can I say it's a good one.

**Q: Will a bottle of bleach fit in this caddy?**
A: Think coffee mugs. Coffee mugs fit well along the sides, Yeti size cups in the corners. You asked about bleach bottles. A standard half gallon bleach bottle will not fit.

**Q: If I bought two of these would they stack on top of each other?**
A: Good question. Yes, they do stack as do the pails that they rest on.

I use this to shuffle fish feeding supplies around in my offish while I feed my fish. It has space for 10 food containers (variety is the spice of life), a fill cup, meds, water treatment, snail/shrimp supplements, and a medium sized towel. It's made of durable plastic that feels sturdy and isn't too heavy to tote around. I highly recommend scooping this up, it'd be great for carrying cleaning supplies through the house too! I'm probably going to grab another to make cleaning bathrooms on multiple levels a lot easier!
