First, to clarify, these are about 6.5 inches or about 18 cm. They are small!!! Not at all like the pictures shown on the advertisement. I attached a couple photos for reference. The plastic body is not very strong so chill with the handling! The brush hairs/bristles are synthetic. I believe it’s a size 2 - see comparative photo with Silver Brush #2 and also with a larger size # 6. The ferrule is firmly attached. The brush doesn’t hold a lot of water/paint but comes to a point and paints well. The hairs/bristles stay together.
