Then a side went out. I think I got a few months out of them. ### ⭐ Shoddy craftsmanship. Returned twice. *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 10, 2016* I really wanted to like these IEMs but after trying them twice I have to warn you about this product. So lets start when I ordered the first pair. I thought the sound had a bang for its buck but the craftsmanship and quality of the actual IEM was very subpar. One thing I noticed was when you tug on the wire at the cinch, the sound would cut out. If that was happening now I would have given it a couple months before the wire connection completely cut out. So I returned it thinking it was just an odd 1/1000 defect. I order them again. Not only do they send me the wrong color, it has the SAME problem. Tug on the wire at the cinch? Sound cuts out. This must be a shoddy design flaw. If this isn't enough to avoid these IEMs. Here are some more grievances:- Wires are intended to go behind the ear but they don't stay there. they keep popping out and you end up adjusting it a thousand times and get irritated. You can use the ear hooks that come with the product but those don't stay behind the ear either. The wire is very poor quality closer to the IEM. The braided distal wire is actually kind of nice.- The IEM port where the sound comes out of has these blue ventilated covers over them. At first you think everything is okay, but they easily pop out. Mine popped out while putting on the silicone tips. I thought ok maybe they were supposed to come off, except when I look at them one side has no covering now while the other side has a black mesh cover underneath the flimsy blue one. The side with no cover at all allows anything (dust/earwax/lint) to go in to the internals of the IEM. Again, shoddy construction.I was like many of the other people that thought these would be great. 2 balanced armatures and a dynamic for that price??? Must be great. But everything has a catch. The catch here is very bad quality construction and craftsmanship. I know you can't expect much at this price point but this is beyond even the lowest of expectations.
