I like this knife a lot. It's light, sharp and feels good in my hand. It also works well for most anything that I would ever use it for. It is a fine, functional and nice looking knife and one that most people would be thrilled with. With that said, I have to admit that I am anal about my knives. I keep my steel knives razor sharp. So sharp that I can easily shave hair off my arm. A ceramic knife cannot match that sharpness out of the box.The pros for this ceramic knife is that if you are not obsessed (like me) with honing your knives to razor sharpness, you'll most likely never have to bother with this chore (a real pain in the rear). For most people, this is a BIG pro. I am very happy with this knife and have no hesitation on recommending it to the general public. And for the price... Heck! I lose more change in my sofa during the week than what this knife cost.
