Simple and easy-to-use high capacity ClearlyFrozen ice cube tray/ice cube maker employs "directional freezing" to mold ten 2" glass-like artisanal ice cubes at home with untreated tap water in an ordinary freezer. It costs only a fraction of the price of other clear ice products that make just two or four cubes. Review: Excellent product - Excellent product that does produce crystal clear large ice cubes. At 2”, these cubes are large, so I have also bought the smaller 1.3” set as well. It does take a few attempts to judge how long one's freezer will take to freeze the block to the bottom so persevere until you get it right!
Review: Great customer service - I don't make perfectly clear cubes with this, perhaps I'm not doing everything quite right, but they're good enough for me and I've been using it regularly for over a year. The cubes are great for gently bringing out the full flavour of cask strength whisky. The mold finally split after 15 months, but I emailed the supplier and they're sending me a replacement, so I'm very happy with that.

**Q: Hi, I tore the silicone tray separating it from the ice block below the tray. Do you sell replacement silicone trays?**
A: Free replacement - just send me your Amazon Order #.

**Q: How do I fill the tray without having the water leak to the bottom before placing it into the fridge?**
A: The whole thing, including the space under the blue tray is supposed to be full of water - that is how it works.  There is a demo video on YouTube and our website - look up ClearlyFrozen.

**Q: I am having an issue where the water leaks out between the silicone and liner, so the ice cube tray does not fill all the way. What am I doing wrong?**
A: I fill up the liner tray with water to about the point where the silicone cube tray just touches the water in the liner when I insert it. Then fill up the silicone cube slots slowly until each is just about at the top. I haven't had an issue with the silicone tray staying full. In the end, you will have water continuously from the bottom of the liner to the top of the silicone cube tray. Mine takes 20-21 hours to freeze the cubes in the silicone with just slight freezing in the liner.

Ice cubes totally clear, looks fantastic for cocktails. The plastic tray cracked (i may have overfilled tray). There was note with product saying they would replace items which got broken. I emailed them and explained and they sent me new tray by return of post. Great customer service.
