I'm a 56 year old woman and 5'4" tall. I can barely reach the handle bars and end up using an extreme amount of upper body strength to perform the crunch. There is no way to adjust the incline or the length of the sliding motion, which would be essential to making this workable for all body sizes.I watched the recommended instruction video on YouTube after receiving and assembling the equipment. When I look at the upper body strain on the guy performing the demonstration, I can see why this is not for the average Joe or Josephine. I already feel my abs tighter. And yes i do my best to eat healthy not perfect just healthy. Because if I super sized all my meals, no exercise machine would work. It's easy to use, but hard enough to feel my muscles working. I hate ab work I can run and dance all day, but dread working on my abs. With this machine I don't need to spend a lot of time to feel my core getting worked. It's a no brainer when I'm tired I only do a few reps when I feel good I do more reps. Regardless I feel a like I'm getting a good work out. I had read other comments on this machine before purchasing it. There were many comments on it being flimsy and needing parts replaced soon after using it. But I have not had any issues with it and I use it regularly. I like the way it's built. As long as you don't let it collect dust in your home you will feel positive results. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely a must buy. It took me a day to get adjusted to how to use it because I've never had a machine like this and I don't use anything like this at the gym. I would have given it five stars except, like I said I've only had it about two weeks. I am concerned that I may wear out the padding where the knees rest; also, the machine is not as sturdy as I think it should be. I do not think it will fall apart, but I am not certain of how long it will last if I continue to use it twice a day for a hour or so, like I do now.
