This is hands down the best collagen powder I have used yet. The directions are easy and with only one scoop per day, I can take my supplement in the beginning of the day and then forget about it. It seems to be a quality product. I like the numerous variations of protein in addition to the collagen. I normally mix in my morning coffee but it mixes fairly easily in most beverages without a strong aftertaste. The only negative I have is the amount in the container. It’s only about half full which is disappointing. But overall it’s a good product, better than others I’ve tried.
