## Description

Wilton's Utility and Utility HD Bench Vises feature a 30,000 PSI gray cast iron body, and movable jaw with a 60,000 PSI ductile iron base. They also include a large anvil, built-in pipe jaws, and a 360-degree locking swivel base. The dual lock-downs and four mounting posts ensure maximum stability while in use.

## Features

- 5-1/2" JAWS, 3-1/4" THROAT AND BUILT-IN PIPE JAWS: The 675U has 5-1/2-inch jaws, a 5-inch maximum opening and a 3-1/4-inch throat depth. Built-in pipe jaws hold pipe and round stock from 1/4 inch to 2 inches in diameter. The replaceable hardened steel jaw inserts have a serrated pattern for a firm grip and long life.
- CAST IRON BODY, DUCTILE IRON BASE, POWDER-COAT FINISH: The body and movable jaw are 30,000 PSI gray cast iron, and the base is 60,000 PSI ductile iron. A powder-coat finish resists scratches, and a large anvil work surface handles forming and shaping. Net weight is 25.5 lb.
- FOR EVERYDAY BENCH WORK - NOT A PRESS: Sized for everyday holding jobs in the garage or shop: cutting, filing, drilling, assembly and light forming. Do not use it as a press, and never put a hammer, pipe extension or cheater bar on the handle. The handle is designed to bend under excessive force to protect the vise.
- 360° SWIVEL BASE WITH DUAL LOCKDOWNS: The base swivels a full 360 degrees and locks with two hand-tightened lockdowns; never use a pipe to tighten them. The vise mounts through four holes with 7/16-inch bolts on a 6-7/16-inch bolt circle. Use bolts, nuts, lock washers and flat washers in all four holes, and never weld the base.
- IN THE BOX AND LIFETIME WARRANTY: Includes the vise and manual. Backed by the Wilton Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects, with Authorized Service Centers across the United States. The spindle and handle, jaw inserts, base plate and lockdown assemblies are available as Wilton replacement parts. Model 675U, stock number 28819.
