It's best for those who are afraid of using a tampon foor the first time or do not know how to insert one. The applicator really makes the tampon glide smoothly inside the vagina. I would suggest you to consider the size as per your flow before buying as using a bigger size than required can make your V a little dry but that's not a big problem. Only cons for me are- 1) price, 2) only 1 tampon's applicator was damaged. 3) some of the tampons did not fill completely but started leaking (it can be due to wrong placement of tampon inside V.
