I ordered a medium coat, following the size chart accordingly. The coat arrived on time, but the fit was too large. I emailed the company and they were fast to get back to me. I received clear instructions and helpful guidance. I sent my medium back and received a small in return. Fits prefect. Not as thick of a coat as I was expecting. Might not be well suited for a Wisconsin winter. The quality of the coat is on par with the price. The interior of the coat isn't ultra sturdy, but it's comfortable and durable enough for everyday use with care. I'll be keeping my coat and if I ever lose it, I'll be ordering the exact same thing from this company. I would recommend this coat if you're looking for what Benedict Cumberbatch wears in Sherlock.
