Without the stabilizer, the cargo basket flopped around. With the stabilizer, it was very secure and didn’t move at all. We used in an all sorts of conditions. It came into contact with all sorts of weather, dust, gravel, and the occasional vehicle power washing. Still looks like new and works great.
