The tray is large enough to accommodate any size egg - even our duck eggs...but not a goose egg. The problem with other versions is that the eggs do not properly rotate down the rails, and if you nudge them, they just fall off and break - leaving you to manually move each egg which defeats the whole purpose. The eggs sometimes do not automatically roll down with this model either, but you can easily give a light push to send them down without any falling off the chute. The only thing I do not like about this one is the tacky color, but functionality is more important to me!It was a little difficult to put together with lacking instructions, but my husband had it done in about 10-15 minutes. Some of the other reviews have some good tips for putting it together. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Assembly required. No directions, tiny screws. Pretty self explanatory except the one big screw that has to be put in between two specific pieces in a specific order.
