The inner and outer pads for the 09-14 (and possibly other) F150s are different. It is subtle to the eye, but not subtle to the truck. The inner pads have “ears” on them while the outers do not. The outer pads also have 2 raised bumps in the middle of the pad.I replaced my pads about 8k miles ago and unfortunately did not research beforehand as I usually do. Big mistake. I put the passenger side pads on incorrectly. Pad and rotor demolished in 8,000 miles. I imagine this is the reason for the poor reviews as well. It’s not the pads, unfortunately it is the installation. Drivers side was installed correctly and those are holding up perfectly.Again, in 8,000 miles it chewed through an entire pad and ate up my rotor.
