I’ve been using the plastic one that came with my Mr Coffee Cafe Barista espresso machine and figured I’d buy a “real” one. It seems to make a little bit of a difference in the flavor of the espresso drinks I make. It seems to work well so far. No issues and good value for the money. Seems durable. It’s heavy and fits well in my hand. I have no experience with coffee tampers (except the plastic ones) so I have nothing to compare it to but I like it so far.
