It fits a tiny tiny bit big but she will grow into it very soon. The blue light that it comes with is a tester. When you shine the blue light on your eyes it hurts but when you use the glasses and then Shine the blue light, it doesnt hurt your eyes. It also comes with a cloth and a small bag to carry your glasses in. I really think that anyone with a child should buy these. I don't have the product on me since I gave them to my niece but if I did I would have posted a picture.
