But you can cut circles with lots of practice. **Q: will this work on acetate stencil plastic?** A: This will cut up to 4mil mylar. **Q: Would this work on rice or tissue paper?** A: I don't think it would be good for rice or tissue paper. It brutalizes regular paper, lol. I have one because I couldn't send it back. **Q: will this work on acetate stencil plastic?** A: It can cut acetate depending upon the thickness. Thinner acetate film in the 4-7 mil range is not a problem.
