**Q: Will the foot rest slip on hard/wooden floors?**
A: No it won’t, the flat side has small rubbery tags which stops it from moving. It works really well. You can also flip it over and use it upside down and it moves a little on hard floors but not by much.

**Q: Hello, would this help with feet going numb while sitting at the computer for long periods?**
A: I think this depends on the angle of your feet and knees while you are sitting. If this footrest elevates your feet to a proper angle to help bloodflow then absolutely. I have my chair at a height so the end of the seat doesn't prevent circulation when I put my feet on the footrest and they never went numb since I got this. So yes, I believe it helps.

**Q: Does this item come in a box or it comes folded?**
A: It came in a box, covered with a plastic protective cover.

**Q: Does this help with the prevention of swelling of the feet/ankles whilst sitting at a desk for extended periods of time?**
A: I have never experienced this condition swelling of the feet/ankles, before having this foot rest or since I had this footrest.  Cannot confirm whether this footrest helps in any way for this condition.
