But what is the procedure for beer? Does it come with directions?** A: That's a good question. Super-Kleer is for all fermented beverages including beer. Just follow the same instructions on the package for beer, wine, mead or cider. **Q: It didn’t work at all. I put it in my wine 3 weeks ago. What should I do?** A: Out of the 30 or so times I've used this stuff, it only failed once. I think there was a flaw with the juice. It was a NY white, Niagara. Should have been a golden color, but it came to me light brown in color. What kind of wine are you making? How many times did you rack it before adding the KC? And what was your fermentation temp?
