I bought it on a whim after reading a blog where it had received a positive review. I usually can fall asleep pretty easily but always have issues with waking in the middle of the night and then being awake for hours after. As I don't want to medicate with Tylenol PM or anything like that I was interested to see a tea like this that might be able to help. Bear in mind I have already tried the Soothing Caramel Sleepy Time Tea by Yogi, and although it was delicious and sort of worked in a mediocre capacity - it was nothing like this tea. Within an hour of drinking the Baetea I fall into a pretty peaceful sleep, and am able to actually sleep through the night. It's incredible. Normally even if I sleep through the night I am waking up an hour before my alarm goes off, but with this stuff I'm sleeping all the way up until my alarm goes off. I've been drinking it for over a week now, and can say with confidence that it has helped me sleep every single night. The nights I didn't drink it I definitely noticed a difference. I think I saw someone question the validity of the reviews so I thought it would help anyone who was thinking about purchasing this product to read mine. I am a major skeptic when it comes to tea curing anything (still on the fence about trying the Baetea for complexion) as much as I like tea, I mean, come on. But this works. Nothing seemed to do very much for my problem until now. I just ordered my second bag of baetea sleep tea because it lets me fall asleep more easily, and it also seems like I go into a deeper sleep.
