I got a set with graduated sizes, so it was no problem getting the right fit. These were such a relief after several days with a big, bulky splint from the drugstore. My only complaint is that the splints are kinda long — they reach partway down the second knuckle on my ring finger, and the too-long part tends to stick out and snag when my finger is bent. (I generally wear a men’s medium or large glove, since women’s gloves don’t fit me well, so my hands aren’t exactly tiny.)
