    Great sound, but poor local support

Excellent sound quality for bluetooth music, but poor local customer support. I have been unable to receive a response from the customer service how to use the optical cable for sound with the Verizon TV. Managed to get the sound only with regular sound cables - and it is not in sync with the TV image.
