**Q: Do these have metal heel support**
A: We are not showing that in the description you may have to contact the manufacture.

**Q: what size do I order for 10 1/2 wide?**
A: I returned the shoes over poor quality and fit. If you order go size 11 and as wide as you can get.

**Q: Do arch supports fit in these shoes?**
A: My husband wears these shoes all the time, rotating 5 pairs. He is diabetic and has had great results with these Pro Walkers. No circulation issues with a properly fitted shoe and rotating them and using just a basic shoe tree has allowed them to last longer and keep fitting better. These are very well made and he always removes the insert that comes in the shoe and replaces with Spenco Orthotics which have helped with extra support for both arch and heel.

**Q: The size I need is 10.5 medium (D width), but that isn't shown, so I assume the correct choice would be 10.5?**
A: Rockport makes the M7100 Prowalker in size 10.5 with widths of Narrow, Medium, Wide and Extra Wide according to the manufactures website. Rockport sizes run close to normal so I think a size 10.5 is fairly accurate for you.

Combines the breathability and comfort or a sneaker with the arch support of a walking shoe. It's a durable product. This is the kind of shoe to wear while going through airport security. They are easily removed and put back on.

I have basically abandoned my commitment to Rockport shoes because of their extremely limited choices in narrow widths. If you are looking for something in a narrow width, shop elsewhere.
