Anyway, if you're planning to strictly slim down this book can help. It does not necessarily narrowed for just bikini contestants. The book is really organized and helps you create an outlook. It has handy tips that I find really helpful especially in the Planning Your Meals part.It also helps you create a full on work out routine without the help of a professional coach, but still this books advices you get one but either way the explanation is clear enough for you to grasp.
