The support pillows are great, back of the chair folds all the way back, flush with the seat, casters are plastic but feel solid and have no problem rolling the chair around while sitting.The fabric is very “contagious” any hair or bits of stuff stick to it easily, you may want to clean it by hand every week or so.Overall a very nice deal, I am extremely satisfied with my first gaming chair purchase, the price doesn’t demand much but it meets, if not exceeds expectations.Update. after using it daily for about five months now, the cushion forms to your butt, making it semi uncomfortable in hot weather cause you feel like you’re molded into the seat.
