I used to buy string bikinis by a brand that isn't around anymore. I have been trying to find underwear for a couple years now. I know that sounds weird, but I'm REALLY picky. I don't want underwear to ride up. I don't want the waistband too tight, or where it gives you that bulgy look under a dress. I don't like the waist-strings to be tight, where it feels like it's almost cutting you. I don't like "grandma panties". I don't like high-waisted underwear. I don't like boy shorts because they don't completely cover your...cheeks. I don't like thongs because...no thanks. I don't like underwear that isn't 100% cotton. Of course, these are all personal preferences, but these underwear are none of these horrible things.What they are:True to size. I'm 5'4", 150lbs, usually a 6-8, usually a M in underwear (I know no one wants to share, but please do if you can -- it helps!), and I ordered a M. String sides don't cut your hip crease. They don't ride up. They don't squeeze too much or give a bulgy look. They are 100% cotton. They cover my whole butt, but there's no extra or excessive material that make them saggy -- it's like they form fit without being too tight. I didn't notice any shrinking, pilling, shredding, or anything else weird after washing and drying -- and I neglected to put them in a mesh washing bag because I was in a hurry! They're actually comfortable; they actually fit!Bonus: A variety of colors!I hope I'm not over-amping them up, because that almost always leads to disappointment.
