I am a small person and have found them easy to trim so that they don't interfere with urinating. There are times when the adhesive doesn't seem to work so well and it may have to do with some of the body lotions I use. I have food allergies that cause uncontrollable bowel leakages that are often more solid than watery and these at least give me time to get to the toilet and deal with the mess. They have even made it thru a a Zumba class once or twice, although I was a little nervous each time. Thanks, Butterfly. A better option might be if the wings had a bio adhesive on them. They need to be easier to place, & be able to stay in place better.
