If you have a older Palm Harbor manufactured home, these are direct replacements for just about every faucet in the house (with the exception of the kitchen which is Moen faucet). Don't buy the universal ones from the big box home improvement stores, they end up damaging the stem. If the handle broke due to the faucet being hard to turn or trying to stop it from leaking you'll need to replace the stem and bonnet assembly too. I replaced the stem and bonnets on my 15 year old faucets and put on these matching handles and they look like brand new faucets again. The compatible stem and bonnets are Phoenix PF287017.Bottom Line: If you don't want to rip out drywall to replace your leaky shower faucets in your manufactured home, invest the money to replace the stem and bonnets and handles.
