This is not an easy task. I started looking on-line and in stores in early September before everything was picked over. I purchased and returned 6 coats from different stores and was about to give up before trying this model. This coat fits like a glove and doesn't make me look like the Michelin Man. I’m a petite gal at 5’3 and 100lbs and XS fits met great. I love all the extra features in this coat - the fur on the hood is removable, good quality zippers, and the many big pockets are a huge plus for me. I like that the coat is long enough to cover my bottom and zips up to cover my neck. The army green color is also beautiful and so flattering on my warm skin tone. I received so many compliments from strangers whenever I wear this – some of my friends wanted to snatch it. I love how it has a slight sheen to it as well – very classy and understated without being boring.I actually bought this coat for my commute to my job in the city. It's very windy in the city while waiting at the bus stop with no shelter. This coat is very warm and sturdy/well made so it’s my go-to coat this season. It keeps me warm while walking the dog on even the coldest days, which my pug appreciates. The outer shell is made of polyester, which makes it more wind and water resistant. It also doesn't snag easily like so many of the down parkas currently on the market. The feminine shape is so flattering, not boxy looking like so many other down coats. It's warm to the point that I (the person who is always shivering) didn't even need multiple layers underneath to walk outside. When it’s chillier than normal (30s degrees F), I put on a thermal shirt and I started to get pretty warm right away. Overall, I love this jacket so much. I have gotten nothing but compliments on it. Not only is it stylish/on trend now, it is also super warm. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Coat! *by A***R on January 26, 2019* I was a little surprised because I thought it would be much heavier, but so far it has proven to be warm enough in the freezing temperatures. I was sweating by the end of my dog walk in 20 degree pre-dawn temperatures. Very roomy, I ordered up a size because of previous reviews, and it is a little bigger than I thought it would be -- that said, I opted to keep it that way so I could bundle up layers under it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sharp looking coat. *by W***R on April 15, 2019* I really like this coat. Quality seems good and I'm sure it would be warm and comfy. However, it runs small through the chest area. I’m a C cup and the coat was tight there. The rest of the coat fit just fine. Also, there is no adjustment at the back of the hood so it dropped down over my face too far. I returned it.
