Installation took about 20 minutes. Pairing was solid and the monitor provided a clear sight picture. I like the magnet on the back of the monitor. I didn't use the suction cup mount because I didn't want to obstruct my view out of the windshield. I mounted the monitor flush to my dash on a vent magnet. It looks great and is perfectly positioned for use. I also appreciate the opportunity to adjust the guideline settings. My only concern is that the camera pivots on the mounting bracket with a small screw. I placed some lock-tite on the screw to try to ensure that the camera remains focused where aimed. I have no problem backing up with mirrors, but I wanted a backup camera to confirm obstacles directly behind me and to assist in hitching up to trailers. Even in the dark if night the monitor image is crystal clear and the guidelines are accurate. Installation was super easy and multiple options are offered to make the installation easy. I recommend that you splice the camera power wire and not use the wire tap supplied. The power wire is made of fine wire strands that will break when using the tap causing you to lose power. Splicing eliminates the breakage.
