The instructions are very easy to follow and I was able to put it together in about 45 minutes. I did it alone and it was only a challenge to assemble the hutch to desk and lift off the floor, mainly because I was scared it would break, but it didn't. I use a desktop and a laptop for gaming and even though I could've bought a longer desk without the hutch, I really like this desk so I went for it. I have to admit, I am glad I bought this desk.To accommodate my desktop screen and laptop I did not installed one of the middle shelves on the hutch (I will upload pictures in a few days).The material feels very strong, and I love how the upper panel where you monitor stands is supported by the metal support tubes that you see on the picture.The design is great, all the parts were sent, none missing, and all the pre-drilling was done perfect which made the assembly so much easier as every part lined up the way it was design to do. Plus I could get it in this white color which I wanted as well.Pictures to come soon... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very pretty clean & nice. *by C***B on 17 August 2017* built for my daughter, came with 2 left pieces but i fixed it myself instead of asking for replacement part. spacious useful, daughter likes it, only thing she didn't like was the bottom corners hurt when she stubs her toes on them. (i was asked to add rubber bumpers to the lower edges.HINT** drawers and cabinet door slam loudly, use a hot glue gun and add beads at closing locations to act as bumpers. made it much quieter. ### ⭐ Such a disappointment *by A***R on 24 December 2018* I'm so upset about this purchase. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise on amazon and have not been disappointed until now. I purchased this desk for my son so that we can assemble Christmas Eve and he can wake up to it Christmas day. The wooden pins that the desk came with are too long, therefore causing the wood pieces (parts of the desk) to break. There are now 7 large cracks scattered on the desk. I have attached a few examples. One of the wooden boards that attaches at the bottom is too short leaving a large gap between two pieces that are supposed to be glued together. I am trying to contact the seller directly and am unable to do so. I cannot send this item back. It is really heavy and already glued together. At this point, I am going out to see if I can find a new desk so I can have my gift tomorrow morning. I am looking for a refund for the one I received. All I can do is throw it out at this point or have the seller pick it up assembled.
