It's easy to operate and results are great.This machine is NOT noisy as some reviewers stated. They obviously have only had coffee makers to compare with. (You just can't compare a coffee machine to an espresso machine! ) This machine is MUCH quieter than my Gaggia espresso machine which cost me 6 times more $$$.The temperature of the espresso measured as it comes out of the spout is 172 degrees. This is the only way this machine falls short. Ideal temp for extraction is 190. However, it doesn't seem to me to effect the flavor. The espresso is not at all bitter and it creates a nice thick crema. I do pre-heat my cup which helps with keeping my espresso at a good drinking temperature.I also read reviews that stated the espresso making process with this machine was very messy. I'm not really sure why someone would say that. It operates the same way as most espresso machines. Yes, you have to remove the porta filter that holds the grounds and dump it in the sink - but don't you have to do that with all coffee/espresso making devices? (unless you like k-cups) I don't use the k-cup feature because I like my espresso strong. I really like that I have the option to use my own grounds for 2 reasons: it's much more economical, and as previously stated, using my own coffee gives a much stronger brew than using k cups.Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase. I appreciate the small footprint of this machine as I will be using it in an RV where counter space is very limited.If you prefer a Latte to just a straight espresso, it's quite simple to get a frother to use along with this machine. Frothing wands are cheap and they work just fine.Before I purchased my Gaggia, I had several of the $100 espresso machines that had the steaming wand. There is no way to even compare those to this far superior model.This espresso machine came with: a measuring and tamping spoon, adapters for 3 different styles of k cups, a porta filter for using your own ground espresso and an instruction manual. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing little coffee maker offers many options for a great price!!! *by J***E on February 16, 2021* First off, this thing is small--small in footprint, small in height, etc. Maybe 70% of the size of my Starbucks machine. The only downside to that is that larger mugs don't fit well. The water reservoir is small, but it's plenty for shots. The attachments seem well made and have held up well for the few months I've had it.The Nespresso adaptor works perfectly, and so does the K-cup. Haven't' tried the other pod attachment, but I love the espresso attachment where I can add my own grounds, tamp them down, and get a perfect little shot from such an inexpensive machine. I've used dedicated, expensive espresso machines that didn't do as well.If I could demote it a quarter star or something, it would be for a couple of tiny things. Unlike most of the other machines I've liked, there's no way to cycle just a shot of cleaning water easily. You can do it, but it takes a little work. The espresso maker also traps a little water that dribbles everywhere, but it's not too big a deal.Overall, this machine works wonderfully--and you absolutely cannot beat it for the price and flexibility! ### ⭐ Not so Hot, caution May Explode *by T***S on May 30, 2022* After endless days of searching for a new coffee Machine , I found This one, and figured that I was willing to give it a try!!! This new CM (Coffee Maker) was so shiny, full of potential and capable of doing so much more than just making coffee from just 1 pod type, the 4 attachments gives you the capability to make coffee from all of the major brands(a true selling point), keeping the counter tops free from clutter and, having multiple CM, to get everyone going in the morning. After cleaning and running water through the pot. I was ready to add the water to the CM and waited patiently for my first cup.Disappointment soon followed!!As the cup of coffee (just brewed) was room temperature at best!!! I tried all of the combinations of delivery(k-Cup, Nespresso, loss and fresh ground), and much to my aggravation all were room temp. If you were looking for something small and quiet this is not the CM you are looking for. This CM is loud, everyone in the room, neighborhood, or City, can hear the machine start up, make a noise like it was an espresso machine of the 1930, and take close to 5 min to pour a barely warm cup of coffee. Also most coffee cups (on the small side) can fit without issue, but if you have an extra large cup, a tall travel mug, or a paper cup over 10 oz, will not fit in the collection area. The drip tray can be removed, giving you the ability to fit a slightly larger cup, but not much room.The Demise of this CM in my home was short lived. I was ok with having my freshly brewed coffee put in the microwave for 30 sec to heat it up. Until one day, as I started my morning coffee to brew (sounding like a Jet taking off much louder this am...), when all of a sudden an explosion, sounding like my tire blew up going down the road at 80mph. What the.... the pod holder exploded all over the walls, the Floor, and the ceiling. Yes the MF Ceiling!!!!!! So pissed off that I had no coffee, Tired, and having to clean everything, I pitched the CM out the front door directly into the Outside garbage can. I posted this for your ability to make an informed decision, I am in no way pushing my bias, or trying to sway your opinion. My Review of this product are from my experience. This is not an attempt to damage the manufacturing company, I did not previously reach out or try to get a refund because of the time I have owned this Coffee Machine, I did not feel like it was worth it and have since returned to the type of CM I had previously owned and loved.
