I only opened and installed one of the system so far and I am ready to return it. To start, One of the cameras came broken. Because the cameras are much bigger then the bracket you attach to the wall, it is very difficult to screw to wall. Three, I have a lot of experience with other camera systems and I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REMOTE ACCESS THESE CAMERAS ON ANY DEVICE!!!! This typically not very difficult. Four, when you call the number provided it for assistance, the recorded message tells you to send an email. Lol. It is a joke. They tell you not return until you contact retailer before. But I have and haven't heard nothing from them. So now I have to take these cameras back down and return them. This is horrible because I still need to order new cameras and go through the entire installation again. DON'T BUY THIS!!
