But, this worked great. I followed the advice to start small, let everything cure, then add additional layers the same way, and I was able to build everything up over the course of a day. (In fact, I went a little overboard and had to file it down a bit!)Two months later, it's still holding tight, which meets my expectations. I don't shower or swim with the ring on, but I do wear it when washing dishes or doing yardwork, so I get it wet regularly with no problems.Also worth noting: No allergic reaction. The product works just as described. The package comes with thorough instructions. I am sizing down a large and wide ring (7mm) meant for males, and I have slender fingers (female, ring size 5.5 to 6) so I had to use quite a bit of the resin. I built up over 12 layers. I did this as I was watching a movie so I wouldn't get bored. I tried on the ring every so often for size. The resin is a little sticky to the touch when it is first cured, but that goes away. I've worn the ring consistently with the resin on it for 6 days now, and it's held up great. I used another kind of ring sizer (the plastic spiral noodle) for a year and a half prior to this. That worked well, but with everyday wear, the plastic was discoloring, and it was annoying to take it off to clean it every so often. This resin is a much better and secure solution.I would also like to mention that when I received my package, the remover was not sealed properly and it leaked everywhere, melting the plastic on the resin and remover bottles, and making everything inside the package very sticky. I wrote to the company immediately and they sent me a replacement right away. I am really happy with their customer service!
