The book is a good quick overview of subject matter. It would benefit from more anecdotal cases illustrating the methodology. The book suffers greatly from the poor quality and otherwise uninformative graphics. When an illustration or figure takes explanation in the text to understand, that's a sign of poor graphics. I would be happy to help the authors by doing them for book.Gregory Bertsch Ph.D.
