The internal button is not high enough and you have to push it very low somewhere near the half way mark. The switch needs to be more responsive at the top and the bottom. I hope Topgreen addresses this issue and sends me an updated gold switch since I purchase nearly all of their switches for my house and this model is the only one with the flaw.And yes I returned this for another one and same issue. It works, and it works well, but it didn't ship with a wall plate. That would've been nice to know. Now I have to track down a gold wall plate that will hopefully match the switch.
