I bought it because my husband likes eggs for breakfast. It did not do a good cooking them. Either too done or not enough. It did not matter if the eggs were at room temp or right out of the refrigerator. **Q: It was to be non stick... It is not non stick. It is easy to clean if you do as I said. **Q: My elderly father got one of these but there's no instruction manual. I've searched online and can't seem to find a manufacturer's website. Help!** A: I didn't get a manual either, but they're super simple. There's only one temperature when it's plugged in. On the left side there's a button with 3 settings: 1. bottom part on, 2. Top and bottom on. Middle, between the 1 & 2 is both sides off. I leave mine on 2 and just unplug it when I'm done. If you want to use both sides like frying pans lift up on the top part then lay it back and make sure it's set to 2.
