In the photos it looks like a good quality metal tool but in real life it's just cheap "chromed" plastic like you get in plastic kit models. Almost no weight to it and feels cheap. As mentioned elsewhere it's no good for extracting chips from a dense board - it needs lots of room at the top and bottom of the chips to get the large pincers in. Great in theory but almost useless in practice and way overpriced for a plastic item.
