This book is perfect for beginners and also those who are familiar with mindfulness techniques! I have always been interested in learning more about the benefits of practicing Feng Shui and the benefits it can have in the home. I am currently moving into a new home, and wanted to created my own powerful/ healing home sanctuary. This book has everything you need in order to create a space to nourish your health and well-being. You will also find useful tips for moving blocked energy in your body and life includes “feng shui cures” which are adjustments to you current living space to produce positive effects. One of my favorite features you will find throughout this book are the “Mindful Pauses” perfect for taking a moment, designed to help you slow down, check in with yourself and soothe your mind with affirmations as you take on this powerful home energy work!
