I contacted tiggly and they asked for my tablet info. I responded with the info but didn't not receive a response until a month and a half latter. I returned the item within this time so I didn't get stuck with a product that didn't work. Tiggle says they have the apps working now but just beware you may have to send the item back. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fun learning tool! *by A***R on December 30, 2016* My daughter is 3.5 and got this for her 3rd birthday. She loves her Tiggly apps and shapes,numbers and letters. I need to help her with some of the apps but the shape ones she can do on her own. She can make animals and use the shapes as stamps. They are durable and work well with the apps which are either free or included with the box (you get a code). Easy app installation and the storage bag keeps everything together.
